Life refill:
Jump and rapidly tap C to move through the air. Float
above a red pole and drop on top if it. Half a heart will be
awarded as one of the segments on the pole turns white.
Bonus round extra lives:
Get all five coins, put them in the following channels, then
rapidly tap C when they reach the top.
