All Multi-player levels:
Enter "MADMAG" as a code.
All weapons:
Enter "WRKBENCH" as a code.
All Spy attachments:
Enter "DISGUISE" as a code.
Invincibility:
Enter "ARMOR" as a code.
Permanent Fairy:
Enter "FAIRY" as a code.
